Open Heart Coaching: Slow Sex and Relationship Coaching

Lindsay Chrisler, creator of Open Heart Coaching, grew up in Berkeley, California. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a BBA in Real Estate. During her junior year of college, she lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina where she realized that while business school was useful, it wasn't her true calling. She was interested in studying culture, language, education, and most of all, people and the relationships they create. She finished her studies at Wisconsin and moved back to the San Francisco Bay Area to do just that.

From yoga and bread baking to hip hop and improv, it is difficult to think of an activity Lindsay isn't interested in or a topic she doesn't want to talk about. This year's goals include a half ironman distance triathlon in July, creating a large painting for her home, blogging about the trials and tribulations of her relationship, and leading a couples retreat in December that explores sex and desire. What underlies all of her activities and adventures is a dedication to knowing her heart and sharing it along her path.

After years of widespread exploration of the self, Lindsay has recently chosen to take a deeper look at the areas of relationships, intimacy, and sex. She is currently an intern in the OneTaste Slow Sex Coach Certification Program taught by Nicole Daedone, Founder of OneTaste and from the Coaches Training Institute: Jeff Jacobson, PCC, International Coach Trainer and Mai Vu,  PCC, Executive Coach Trainer.
